And the Incline Bench, I cant help but feel that I dont get much of a sensation out of that. Perhaps a regular laying flat bench press is better? What do you think?
Well, I am a web designer by profession. Meaning, I stick with mostly the "front end" or "UI (User Interface) elements" of a website. Technically speaking, this is often HTML/XHTML, CSS, Javascript. I do delve into programming languages from time to time (ASP, CFM, Java, PHP) but those are not my strengths.
Web design and graphic design are different areas. When someone tells me they are a graphic designer, I do not think websites, I think artwork. Granted, a graphic designer can design a website from a graphical standpoint, but they also have strengths in Print media as well.
I am a hybrid myself. I can do graphic design, but also the coding side as well. My strengths lay more in the coding side of things, but I "graphically" design all my sites. One of them is http://www.majorchampionships.com, a golf blog I designed and operate (I am a golf nut). Absolute Bica is my personal portfolio, though it is outdated in content and design. I have a new design, just haven't done anything with it yet.
To be a "good" graphics designer, your passion basically needs to reside on a computer. I use PC, but Macs are typically better for graphic design. I am on a computer in some form or fashion of upwards of 10-12 hours a day. My full time job, web designer at ChaCha can have me sitting at a computer from 8am till 7pm some days.
I hope that answered some questions of yours. Sorry it doesn't align in the same order you asked them :)

So this image is an exnample of GD or web design?http://img244.imageshack.us/img244/8991/client6large30b063cwt9.jpg
Do you work with people who are GD's? Do they come up with single images, like Cd covers or maybe like the 'logo' for Windows or something?
I tip my hat to you because I dont think I can do coding, i dont think i have the personality for it:(
Any other info you can provide is much appreciated:)
