I just started taking LIPO 6, to help me, and since that, I've been doing 45-over and hour of cardio everytime I go now... (I've been taking for about 5 days now.
My workouts are:
Bi's - hammer curls 20 pds... I'm really wishing to go up, but I can't...grrrr
-with the cable 30 pds on each arm but do them both at the same time
-then I use a bar bell 20 pds and I super set, I burn them out,
- I also use 15pds and I turn my bi's out a little more, so it hits a different angle
Tri's - I use the push down machine from 70-90pds
Barbell with hands far, med, and close (20pds) (I burn them out)
Cable push downs- 50-70pds
Shoulders- dumb bell push ups 20 pds
dumb bell front raises 15 pds
Back - cable pull down, I'm up too 90 pds, I do 4-5 sets of 5-8 reps...
- 25-35 of this back machine, it's like of like a bent over row like..
it's hard..LOL
- cable row of 60-75 pds
(I've just started chin ups, to stretch my back and to use all the muscles)
I put 120-140 to off set my wt, I know I'm super weak at this..LOL I do them to I can't do them anymore..
Chest- I lay flat down on my back but in a core body position (butt is off the bench) and I do bar bell of 40 pds 3 sets of 15
Quads- leg ext on one leg I do 60pds, I do 3 sets of 8-12 reps
- leg ext using both legs I do 90pds- 150pds 12 reps down to 6 reps
- I don't know the name of it, but the other leg machine, where you sit/ lay down and push out, I do 90 pds to failure and I do 3-5 sets.
Hamstrings- I always do the lay down with one leg of 30pds 3 sets of 8-12
- upright leg machine, I can smoothly do 145 with 12 reps 3 times, I go heavier but I don't know the amt of wt, because they took the machine out... it was kind of old, and I forget the max wt... I want to cry....LOL
-I do walking squats with 15 pds dumb bells
-I straight legged dead lifts, my favs with 50 pds. to failure on each set...
I fart around with calfs and abs.
I do the hip abductor, and some of their glute machines...
I'm getting cranky, because I lift heavy, and you can see the firm muscle when working out, but it doesn't look as sharp as I want it too.. like looking ripped...
Ok for what I eat...
Breakfast- eggwhites or high fiber maple oatmeal, or Kashi lean egos
-after workout I have a protein shake
-eggwhites, egos, oatmeal, apple
-protein shake, egos
-dinner, chicken, turkey, or steak with veggies
-sometimes I will snack on bagels
-I also eat high fiber yogurt
- sometimes snack on beef jerky
sometimes with the family, I will eat pasta, or cheese pizza, or grilled chicken from chick fil la..
I don't think my 6 pack will ever come back, my stomach is shot..LOL
I'll upload a picture today at the pool, I'm still working on fixing my body..LOL
I gained 80pds with both kids, and I've been missing sleep for over 5 years... I can't remember a thing...LOL
one of each is a blessing... get to see both sides..
plus my daughter looks just like me, and acts like the hubby
the son, looks just like my hubby but acts just like me.. funny how they are..
try teething tablets, walgreens has them, they are a blessing...
Crawling is a huge milestone, and fun one to watch :)
I do need A LOT of help.
