Weight Lifting Complete

Bryan, I attached the newest log book for you with your workout. The table you were filling in before is for planning purposes only. I like to use that for planning out cycles before starting. That table will become very useful for your next cycle because we'll know more about what you can lift for each exercise. It's tough to use that for beginners because we don't yet know what you are capable of on each exercise.

So, I made you a sheet to record each workout. I entered your workout in that sheet. Check it out.

I was wondering how you were doing. Glad to hear you're doing alright. If you get a chance, download the free ebook I sent you in an email. Or you can download from here: free ebook. When you get a chance, look it over before you start again...might help you out a little more...good info in there.

I would definitely start from the beginning. And start out light again. It's fine to start out light and increase with larger weight increments. The increase is what really build muscle. Your muscles will not be used to the light weights due to the break. You will be able to increase easier once you get going, though. Start light. Increase more as you go.

Let me know when you're ready to start...
